SALON SERVICES

We strive to provide 5-star service to our clients. If you should have any challenges with a service that was performed at Hair Heaven Nail & Spa we ask that you contact us to reserve a complimentary consultation with one of our experts so we can assess what challenges need to be addressed. Please review our Service Promise below to address any initial questions you may have:

♦We reserve the right to request a FULL PAYMENT for any services in advance from any guest.

♦There are NO refunds for any SERVICES performed. We stand behind our services, we will correct any challenges we have created with your service within 7 days of the service.

♦We can only guarantee our services if the prescribed products are purchased through Hair Heaven Nail & Spa. Your services are an investment in you, please protect your investment to the best of your ability

Covid 19 Relaunch

We are now open and keeping Alberta safe by implementing new policies.

-one client in the building at a time

- staff breaks are being taken off site

-signage on the sandwich board out front directs people to stay in their car until we call them in

-trollies are place to stop people from entering the cutting area

-payment is mobile and can be taken at the cutting chair

-all high touch surfaces are bleached between each client or after use.

-staff is closely watch to gaurantee cleaning is maintained

-a risk assessment screening questions are asked before services are preformed

-if staff develop symptoms they are sent home

-if staff gets sick the salon will be closed

-masks are wore by all staff

-clients are to wear a mask for blow dry

-customers are informed by text, email, facebook and website that PPE is required

-Sharon King is responsible to ensure all staff and customers are following these directions
